Light on Yoga, BKS Iyengar

Excellent photo manual of 100s of poses and a detailed discussion of the power of each pose and the magic of yoga.  Also the appendix includes some ideas for postures that may help with certain health aspects. This is not medical advice.  Discuss these with your doctor.

I've attached my ROUGH notes on each of these books plus several others to this website.

You can find my notes by clicking on the links above. These notes are not refined and should not be used without a doctor's supervision and an appropriate yoga teacher helping you.
