The notes below are designed to give prospective readers an idea of what to expect from the book, and to aid in making a decision on whether to buy it.

Illusory Body

 

 

I really didn’t make much sense of this book and cannot strongly recommend it to others, but if you have better notes than me I’m more than happy to share them with others here, in place of my own notes.

General Notes

Everything is an illusion.

Meditate on things and then make them go away. It is all an illusion.

 

There are four time slots according to the body’s cycle:

  1. Day - is cross legged, state at the key until it is clear, to introduce sleep hold prana in lion posture and on the right side. Then go to sleep focused on the five circles in the color of the heart with the eyes open.

  2. Evening.

  3. Midnight - focus on the lamp with the five colors at the center of the heart and focus on the lion position.

  4. Dawn.

 

When mental consciousness is a disadvantage, focus on clear light, and prana will enter the central channel. Clear light is key.

 

At the time of death if high light then you are freed. If medium capacity then a deity of the real is important.
