“Hum Hansa” stills kundalini (kundalini is mother of sun and moon).

 

Mula Bandha unites Prana and Apana.

Can get to Samadi via meditation and kundalini. Two ways to same place.

 

Kundailini is coiled 3.5x.

 

Shakti can be static or kinetic.

 

Words and different number of petals can help you mediate on the right chakra.

 

16h Kali of the moon is pure and clear.

 

Control of the mind causes no wandering and his aims are achieved.

 

Definitions

Chakras are vortices of etheric matter.

 

Bindu = point or dot.

 

Object = Artha

 

Nadis are conduits of prana.

 

Right testicle to left nostril is the nadi.

 

#2 Mulhadra = Ram

 

Atma = pure bliss

 

Identity is Jivatma.

 

Asana is a thought aid.

 

Chakrasana aligns energy to release kundalini.

 

Pranayama - union of prana and apana. Kumbhaka (holds) expands prana to the whole body. 

 

Japa is to recite a mantra.

 

Static center is Mulhadha.
